The following construction per-mits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Joanne Fandetti received a permit July 26 to erect a vinyl shed on prop-erty at 168 Beach Ave., work estimat-ed to cost $400.

Alan Katz received a permit July 26 to build a 10by 12-foot shed on property at 52 Westwind Drive, work estimated to cost $2,300.

Chris and Ron Bond received a permit July 27 to reshingle the exist-ing house at 41 Decatur Ave., work estimated to cost $7,100.

Lorraine Clarke received a permit July 27 to reroof the house at 40 Watson Ave., work estimated to cost $4,600.

Lisa Kurt received a permit July 29 to strip and reroof the house at 7 Sail St., work estimated to cost $6,235.

Lucille Newman received a permit July 29 to build a 29by 12-foot wood deck on a house at 23 Avenue B, work estimated to cost $9,000.

Leroy and Naomi Richardson received a permit Aug. 1 to replace the front steps at 25 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $300.

Raymond Rugg received a permit Aug. 1 to enclose a deck and make other interior modifications to a house at 77 Seaside Drive, work esti-mated to cost $52,500.

Chris and Linda Savastano received a permit Aug. 1 to install a 14by 24-foot in-ground pool on property at 10 Grey Gull Rd., work estimated to cost $25,000.

Electrical permits

Elliott Brown received a permit Aug. 1 to revamp the service from 100 to 200 amps at 92 High St., work estimated to cost $1,200.

Mechanical permits

Michael Delyi received a permit July 26 to install an oil-fired heating system in a new house at 91 Severance Lane, work estimated to cost $12,000.

Donald Palumbo received a per-mit July 28 to install a new hot water boiler and oil tank at 188 Beacon Ave,. work estimated to cost $10,000.

Plumbing permits

Carolyn and Donald Palumbo received a permit July 28 to plumb a new house to code at 188 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $3,500.

Matt Coogan received a permit July 29 to plumb a new house to code at 7 Ship St., work estimated to cost $7,500.

EFC Construction received a per-mit July 29 to plumb a 2.5 bathroom house at 85 Cedar Lane, work esti-mated to cost $6,000.
