Biddle work on exhibit at library

An exhibit of the paintings of Ann Heath Biddle is being shown at the Jamestown library.

Biddle began painting in the 1960s, studying with several instructors, including Eve Engles and Robert Reed, both art professors at Yale University.

Biddle got her degree at Yale Divinity School and practiced pastoral counseling until 1997.

In 2002, Biddle was commissioned by the Fuji Bank to create a memorial to the 23 bank employees that were lost in the 9/11 attacks. The painting now hangs in the Fuji Bank headquarters in New York City.

The exhibit, called “The Sky’s the Limit,” can be viewed in the library’s lobby through Sept. 14.
