Susan Haskell received a permit Aug. 10 to install 14 vinyl replacement windows in a house at 74 Summit Ave., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Andrea Colognese and Doriana Carella received a permit Aug. 10 to construct a new single-family home on property at 85 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $135,000.

Joan L. Dupee received a permit Aug. 10 to remove and replace roofing shingles at 124 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $5,600.
