Building permits

Christopher Caccia received a permit Aug. 15 to build an addition and remodel the home at 8 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $145,500.

Donald and Barbara Haskell received a permit Aug. 16 to enlarge the deck at 23 Bryer Ave. to 526 square feet, work estimated to cost $17,800.

D. Pritchard et al, received a permit Aug. 16 to convert a onefamily house to a duplex at 45 Windsor St., work estimated to cost $115,000.

John and Maryann Eckert received a permit Aug. 15 to repair a porch and garage at 17 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $27,000.

Frank J. Dorsi received a permit Aug. 17 to build a two-room addition with a garage at 8 Grinnell St., work estimated to cost $78,450.

John Musselman received a permit Aug. 17 to reroof the house at 112 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $7,000.

Mark and Maryann Liberati received a permit Aug. 17 to build a masonry fireplace at 2 Old Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $13,000.

William and Noreen O’Farrell received a permit Aug. 17 to build a new 6,000-square-foot house to code at Ft. Getty Rd., work estimated to cost $1,100,000.

Dr. and Mrs. Scott Green received a permit Aug. 18 to replace two windows and a sliding door at 7 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $3,500.

Saverio Rebecchi received a permit Aug. 18 to extend the soffit over the sunroom at 13 Sail St., work estimated to cost $300.

Don and Terri Coustan received a permit Aug. 19 to install a new septic system and make modifications to a house at 265 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $428,000.

William and Mary Brennan received a permit Aug. 19 to make renovations to a first-floor bathroom at 238 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Robert Edgar received a permit Aug. 23 to replace the siding at 88 Mast St., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Nelson Eastward Vista received a permit Aug. 23 to erect three tents on property at 368 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Electrical permits

Joseph O’Neill received a permit Aug. 17 to wire a finished basement at 930 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $1,800.

Jeanne Spinosa received a permit Aug. 18 to install a 200 amp meter and breaker box at 74 Southwest Ave., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Evan Smith received a permit Aug. 23 to install lighting in the basement at 137 America Way, work estimated to cost $2,000.
