Be ‘Enchanted’ by the CBC players

The CBC Players will present the play “Enchanted April,” next weekend at the Central Baptist Church.

This humorous and poignant play about love, friendship and hope will be performed on Friday, Sept. 9, Saturday, Sept. 10, Friday, Sept. 16, and Saturday, Sept. 17, at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available in advance at Baker’s Pharmacy and the Secret Garden at $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and children under 12. At the door, tickets will cost $15 and $12.

Directed by JulieBeth Andrews, the cast contains a mixture of familiar faces as well as newcomers to the CBC Players stage. John Andrews will play Frederick. Matt Bolles is Merlesch ,and Donna Gavin is Lady Caroline Bramble. Newcomers include Tracie Shea as Lottie, Deb Murphy as Rose, Lee White as Mrs. Graves, Tom Wiggin as Mr. Wilding, and Tammy Fasano as Costanza.

Join the players as they travel from dreary England to sunny Italy in a wonderful journey to “Enchanted April.”
