The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Mary Webster received a permit Aug. 23 to construct a garage/workshop on property at 22 Mt. Hope Ave., work estimated to cost $51,000.

Jay Associates received a permit Aug. 23 to reshingle the house and add windows and a deck at 65 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $38,000.

Clement Napolitano received a permit Aug. 24 to remove a rotted deck and replace it at 60 Racquet Rd., work estimated to cost $550.

Marissa Quinn received a permit Aug. 25 to strip and reroof the house at 160 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Jamestown Designs received a permit Aug. 25 to replace two windows and three doors at 17 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $9,517.

John Buffington received a permit Aug. 25 to install seven vinyl windows at 31 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $4,000.

Electrical permits

Michelle Estaphan received a permit Aug. 24 to rewire the house and change the service at 29 Buoy St., work estimated to cost $12,500.

John T. Whitaker received a permit Aug. 25 to install new wiring at 12 Holmes Court, work estimated to cost $350.

Chris and Linda Savastano received a permit Aug. 25 to wire an in-ground pool at 10 Grey Gull Rd., work estimated to cost $2,100.

Mechanical permits

Martin Hellewell received a permit Aug. 23 to remove oil tanks and replace them with one 330 gallon tank at 27 Grinnell St., work estimated to cost $1,950.

Tom Gadoury received a permit Aug. 24 to install three zones of baseboard heating at 1 Sail St., work estimated to cost $8,500.
