The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

R. Bailey received a permit Aug. 26 to erect a tent on property at 12 Bay St. No estimate of work was given.

William H. Murphy received a permit Aug. 26 to replace windows and install shingles on a house at 102 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Thomas Theisen received a permit Aug. 26 to convert a basement at 203 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $15,000.

Elise Conte received a permit Aug. 29 to close in a screened porch at 126 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $12,500.

Scott Olsen received a permit Aug. 29 to erect a shed on property at 238 America Way, work estimated to cost $4,700.

Ronald Barber received a permit Aug. 29 to build a new storage shed at 18 Shamrock Court, work estimated to cost $4,000.

Stephen Cotroneo received a permit Aug. 29 to build a new single-family house at 89 Spindrift St., work estimated to cost $172,700.

Frederick Smyth received a permit Aug. 29 to replace fire damaged shingles, windows and a door at 26 Friendship St., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Meredith and Clark received a permit Aug. 31 to replace the sign at 5 Ferry Wharf, work estimated to cost $1,500.

Dana Brome received a permit Aug. 31 to replace shingles on the rear of the house at 1 Clarke’s Village Lane, work estimated to cost $15,000.

Paul Bentsen received a permit Aug. 31 to install a storage shed at 26 Douglas St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Electrical permits

Joan and John Biddick received a permit Aug. 31 to install lights on the front porch at 37 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $400.

Bill Lawrence received a permit Aug. 31 to wire the basement and add a subpanel at 20 Decatur Ave., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Mechanical permits

Norton Reamer received a permit Aug. 29 to install a new boiler at 435 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Leslie Canning received a permit Aug. 29 to install a new boiler at 39 Cedar Lane, work estimated to cost $6,000.

Glenn DeValerio received a permit Aug. 31 to install a propane heating and cooling unit at 670 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

William Porter received a permit Aug. 31 to replace a boiler at 200 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Plumbing permits

Norton Reamer received a permit Aug. 29 to install a new plumbing system in an addition at 435 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.
