Andrew Bloschichak Jr., 79
Andrew Bloschichak Jr., 79, of Lake Drive, North Kingstown, a 22year career man for the U.S. Navy and retired civil service foreman at Quonset Point for 20 years, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2005 at Kent County Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of the late Eleanor D. (Armstrong) Bloschichak.
Born in New Boston, Pa., a son of the late Andrew and Mary (Bates) Bloschichak, he lived in Jamestown before moving to North Kingstown in 1983. Mr. Bloschichak was a Navy veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam War.
He was the father of Thomas M. Bloschichak, Michael D. Bloschichak, Peggy L. Fultz-Resner, and Pennie D. McGhen. He was the brother of John, Steven, Peter, Paul and Maryann Bloschichak. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
His funeral service was held Sept. 9 from the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown. Burial, with full military honors, was in the RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter.
