License violation charged

Michael J. Thibaudeau, 46, of Central Falls, was charged with driving with a revoked license after being stopped for driving a car that was not registered.

Thibaudeau is due to appear Oct. 14 in Newport District Court, police said.

Drug possession charged

Kyle John Therriault, 21, of West Warwick, was charged Sept. 29 with possession of marijuana after a car in which he was a passenger was stopped on Narragansett Avenue. The charge was a first offense, police said.

Therriault was scheduled to appear Oct. 4 in Newport District Court, police added.

Larcenies reported

• A resident of Weeden Lane told police Oct. 1 that 20 feet of insulated stainless steel stove pipe was stolen from the yard. It was later recovered, police said.

• A resident of Southwest Avenue told police Sept. 30 that fishing rods and reels were stolen from his boat. The man estimated the value of the missing items at $875, police said.

• A Green Lane resident told police Sept. 29 that a guitar was stolen from the house. It was valued at $300, police said.

Vandalism reported

A resident of Mast Street reported Sept. 28 that two BB holes were shot through the front windshield of his pickup truck.

Fraud reported

A woman from Grinnell Street reported Oct. 2 that a juvenile accessed her AOL account and was using her service.
