Building permits

Fred and Linda Brown received a permit Sept. 21 to install two dormers on a garage and convert the second floor to a bedroom and bathroom, work estimated to cost $25,000.

James D. Bishop received a permit Sept. 22 to erect a boat storage shed on property at 50 Bay view Drive, work estimated to cost $3,665.

Ron Wassel received a permit Sept. 22 to renovate the kitchen and breakfast room at 16 Emerson Rd., work estimated to cost $90,000.

Jeffrey Kelly received a permit Sept. 22 to install three vinyl replacement windows at 1089 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Norman Kaplan received a permit Sept. 22 to install a vinyl replacement window at 63 Frigate St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Charles Frankenbach received a permit Sept. 27 to construct a first floor addition at 47 Clinton Ave., work estimated to cost $30,000.

Kathleen Wick received a permit Sept. 27 to strip and reroof the house at 7 Galley St., work estimated to cost $600.
