NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON OCTOBER 25, 2005, AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of Jay S. Bilow, whose property is located on Mizzen Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 15, Lot 234 for a special use permit as required by Jamestown Ordinance 82-314C (High Ground Water Table and Impervious Layer Overlay District) to allow the installation of a new individual sewage disposal system (ISDS) and the construction of a single-family house on the site. The details of the proposed ISDS installation, house construction and this application are on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Jamestown Zoning Board of Review. Said property is located in a R40 zone and contains 7,200sq. ft.

Application of Connie Slick, whose property is located at 49 Narragansett Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 208 for an amendment to an existing Special Use Permit (Articles 3 and 6) permitting mixed use (professional office and two apartments) and a variance from the provisions of Section 82-1204(A) pertaining to the dimensions of parking spaces. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON OCTOBER 25, 2005, 2005 AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of Doris R. Arthur, whose property is located at 6 Baldwin Ct., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 537 for a variance from Article 3, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to raze the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling occupying 33.6% of the lot (30% allowed) which will be 11’ from the front lot line (15ft. required) and 16.2 ft. from the rear lot line (30 ft. required).
