NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON OCTOBER 25, 2005, 2005 AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of Doris R. Arthur, whose property is located at 6 Baldwin Ct., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 537 for a variance from Article 3, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to raze the existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling occupying 33.6% of the lot
