The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Anthony and Melissa Mastrostefano received a permit Oct. 25 to erect a shed on a concrete slab at 20 Cutter St., work estimated to cost $9,100.

Ernie Troiano received a permit Oct. 25 to make assorted repairs to a house at 13 Ship St., work estimated to cost $80,000.

Marc Lennon received a permit Oct. 27 to install two new windows at 106 Garboard St., work estimated to cost $1,000.

D. Pritchard, P. Rosin and G. Levesque received a permit Oct. 27 to resheathe the front of the house with clapboards at 45 Windsor St., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Agnes Torbett received a permit Oct. 31 to reside the house with vinyl at 353 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $7,000.

EFC Construction received a permit Nov. 1 to build a 2,252square-foot house on property at 75 Cedar Lane. No cost estimate was given.

Demolition permit

Mark Lancaster received a permit Oct. 31 to demolish a house at 388 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $20,000.

Mechanical permits

Frank Delmonico received a permit Oct. 25 to replace two oilfired furnaces at 1 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $12,000.

Robert Borges received a permit Oct. 27 to install a gas heater unit at 24 Bonnet View Drive, work estimated to cost $2,000.

Chris Smeraldi received a permit Oct. 31 to install a new boiler and baseboard heating at 12 Union St., work estimated to cost $9,500.

Plumbing permits

John Murphy received a permit Oct. 27 to install a new bathroom at 65 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Daniel Mendelsohn received a permit Nov. 1 to rough-in a thirdfloor bathroom at 29 Marine Ave., work estimated to cost $4,500.
