Building permits

Pam Neville received a permit Nov. 2 to build a screened porch at the rear of the house at 16 Ship St., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Alan Burse received a permit Nov. 3 to reshingle the roof at 13 Sampan Ave., work to cost $3,200.

Joan Jordan received a permit Nov. 4 to put vinyl siding on three sides of the house at 211 America Way, work estimated to cost $20,000.

Catherine Williams received a permit Nov. 4 to strip and reroof the house at 19 Ship St., work estimated to cost $7,000.

Lawrence and Janet Smith received a permit Nov. 4 to add a second floor to the house at 464 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $45,000.

James Kurz received a permit Nov. 4 to install a swimming pool at One Aquidneck Court, work estimated to cost $25,000.
