Visiting Nurse Services of Newport and Bristol Counties will hold a series of flu-shot clinics, including one scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 16, in Jamestown.

The local clinic will be at the Community Room of the Pemberton Apartments, 45 Pemberton Ave., from 1 to 4 p.m.

VNS accepts all health insurances as payment and the cost of the shot, for those without insurance, is $27.
