NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON DECEMBER 13, 2005 AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of Daniel & Nadine Mendelsohn, whose property is located at 29 Marine Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 9, Lot 442 for a variance from Article 3, Table 32 (District Dimensional Regulations) to install a chimney chase on the south side of the house, 6’ from the property line where 10’ is required. Said property is located in a R20 zone and contains 9,000sq. ft.

NOTICE OF

ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION

An application for modification has been submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Officer, pursuant to Article 6, Section 609 of the Jamestown Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Enforcement Officer has decided that the request is consistent with the requirements of 609. You have the right to file a written objection to this determination and, if timely filed, the request for modification shall be denied. If no written objections are received within thirty (30) days of December 8, 2005, the modification shall be granted.

Application of C. Christopher & Elizabeth A. Small, whose property is located at 48 Top O The Mark Dr., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 5, Lot 432 for a variance from Article 3, Section 82609 Modifications granted by building official, to construct a covered porch for the front entry 34 ft from front lot line instead of required 40 feet. Said property is located in a R40 zone and contains 20,689 sq. ft.
