Upcoming teen activities announced

The second annual Teen Holiday Craft Fair will be held this Saturday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jamestown library. Island teens will be selling everything from jewelry, scarves, and origami to snacks and beverages.

Other upcoming teen activities include:

• A Teen Movie Night will be held on Friday, Dec. 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Jamestown library. Snacks and beverages will be provided and pizza will be sold for $1 a slice. Admission is free and all teens are encouraged to bring a small gift to participate in the “Yankee Swap.” Anyone who brings a $5 to $10 gift can join in this fun gift exchange.

• The Anime Club will present a Japanese Culture Night, Tuesday, Dec. 20, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Jamestown library. Learn to write in Japanese, make origami, and enjoy sushi and other Japanese delicacies. Admission is free.

• Teen Center Holiday Party: All teens are invited to a holiday party at the Jamestown Teen Center on Friday, Dec. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. Come hang out with friends, bake and decorate cookies, listen to music and have fun. Any teens are welcome so invite your friends and relatives from out-of-town. The more the merrier. Admission is free.
