Robert Bailey received a permit Nov. 23 to build an addition to a house at 12 Bay St., work estimated to cost $273,000.

Margaret Brindle received a permit Nov. 29 to replace three porch windows in a house at 23 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $750.

John and Grace Ragland received a permit Nov. 29 to build a new garage attached to the house at 47 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $300,000.

John Williamson received a permit Nov. 29 to remove and replace the kitchen cabinets at 68 Intrepid Lane, work estimated to cost $12,000.

Edith and Peter Flynn received a permit Nov. 29 to strip and reroof the house at 31 Calvert Place, work estimated to cost $8,672.

Bruce and Ann McIntyre received a permit Nov. 30 to expand a garden shed at 49 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $1,000.
