Building permits

Linda Wallace received a permit Dec. 28 to strip and re-roof a portion of the house at 62 Keel Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Hugh O’Neill received a permit Dec. 28 to shingle the roof and replace two windows at 177 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Electrical permits

Thomas and Laura Theisen received a permit Dec. 28 to wire a remodeled basement at 203 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $600.

David Pritchard et al received a permit Dec. 29 to wire a new addition at 45 Windsor St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Mechanical permits

AMS Development Corp. received a permit Dec. 28 to install two zones of air conditioning and duct work at 5 Summer St., work estimated to cost $13,500.

Elizabeth Allen received a permit Dec. 28 to install two 275gallon fuel tanks at 418 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Arlene Seraichyk received a permit Dec. 28 to replace a boiler at 59 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $3,650.
