Ken Gladding received a permit Jan. 12 to build a deck on the second floor of the garage at 242 America Way, work estimated to cost $1,000.

John Schiefflin received a permit Jan. 12 to reroof a house at 9 Ranger Court, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Rich Judkins received a permit Jan. 12 to remodel kitchens and bathrooms and replace windows and siding at 49 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $43,500.

John G. Haddad received a permit Jan. 13 to build a new single family house at 35 Battery Lane, work estimated to cost $408,000.

Electrical permits

EFC Construction received a permit Jan. 9 to wire a new house to code at 75 Cedar Ave., work estimated to cost $10,200.

Garrett Roberts received a permit Jan. 9 to wire a new home to code at 223 Hull Cove Farm Rd., work estimated to cost $40,000.

Andrea Colognese received a permit Jan. 10 to wire a new home at 85 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $8,500.

Frank D’orsi received a permit Jan. 12 to wire the remodeled house at 8 Grinnell St., work estimated to cost $6,500.

Ted Zimmerman received a permit Jan. 12 to revamp the service at 65 Whittier Rd., work estimated to cost $900.

Church Community Housing received a permit Jan. 12 to move a hot water heater, replace wiring, and install outlets at 169 Conanicus Ave., unit 1, work estimated to cost $400.
