Diane Savastano received a permit Jan., 18 to build a new, single family house at 90 Cole St. on the site of a demolished house, work estimated to cost $125,000.

Anthony Bruno received a permit Jan. 19 to reshingle a house at 77 Mast St., work estimated to cost $4,900.

Bill Porter received a permit Jan. 19 to strip and reroof a house at 200 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $7,100.

Shamus Flaherty received a permit Jan. 19 to make modifications to a house at 160 Beach Ave., work estimated to cost $15,500.

Stephen Crowell received a permit Jan. 20 to build a twostory addition on a house at 145 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $80,000.

Dan Potash received a permit Jan. 23 to build an open porch and reshingle the house at 59 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $16,000.

Dalton Brownell received a permit Jan. 23 to reroof the house at 49 Cole St., work estimated to cost $5,900.

Laura Love Rose received a permit Jan. 23 to build a new single family house at 15 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $430,000.

Electrical permits

Ben Buglio received a permit Jan. 18 to wire an addition and install lights and receptacles in a house at 13 Mizzen Rd., work estimated to cost $2,445.

Ron and Jane Fink received a permit Jan. 20 to wire a bathroom and bedroom at 190 Capstan St., work estimated to cost $600.

Barbara Porter received a permit Jan. 23 to rewire a renovated kitchen and pantry at 75 Whittier Rd., work estimated to cost $12,500.

Mechanical permits
