Town Hall Records

The following construction permits were recently filed in town hall:

Building permits

Lynn Devalerio received a permit on Jan. 31 to excavate and pour a 12inch foundation wall and garage floor, and remove railroad ties at 413 Gondola St., work estimated to cost $1,800.

Jeff and Cindy Heath received a permit on Feb. 1 to construct a 17.5by 40.5-foot addition on an existing building at 39 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $150,000.

Jay and Pat Holtzman received a permit on Feb. 1 to demolish and rebuild a front porch and stairs at 148 Beacon St., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Henry Williams received a permit on Feb. 3 to rebuild an existing deck at 8 Cole St., work estimated to cost $500.

Electrical permits

Tarek Webhe received a permit on Jan. 31 to install a burglar alarm at 566 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $4,600.

Slingluff DiGaspar received a permit on Feb. 3 to wire kitchen, add lights, and move stove at 19 Prudence Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Shamus Flaherty received a permit on Feb. 6 to install new switches and fixtures for new bathroom at 160 Beach Ave., work estimated to cost $400.

Mechanical permits

Norton Reamer received a permit on Jan. 31 to install heat and air conditioning for new barn at 435 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Carl Pucci received a permit on Feb. 2 to install an air conditioning system, ductwork, and RGDs at 504 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $7,300.

Tim Phillips received a permit on Feb. 2 to install two gas-fired heating systems at 908 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Donald Coustan received a permit on Feb. 2 to install a gas fireplace and venting at 265 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $3,000.

Plumbing permits

Janet Smith received a permit on Feb. 3 to install plumbing at 464 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Bob Savastano received a permit on Feb. 6 to rough in plumbing at 90 Cole St., work estimated to cost $8,000.
