The following construction permits were recently filed in Town Hall:

Building permits

John Caley received a permit on Feb. 14 to strip and re-roof a house at 57 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $10,803.

Dave Caswell received a permit on Feb. 14 to add a new laundry room and 7by 7foot entry and ramp at 3 West Passage Drive, work estimated to cost $18,000.

Michael Faella received a permit on Feb. 15 to build a two-bedroom home at 245 Capstan St., work estimated to cost $410,000.

Tracie Shea received a permit on Feb. 16 to replace cedar siding, a skylight, and stair tread at 127 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $3,500.

Barbara and Mike Gallo received a permit on Feb. 16 to reroof a house at 21 Severance Lane, work estimated to cost $4,500.

J.F. Jerald received a permit on Feb. 16 to strip and re-shingle roof at 63 Cara Lane, work estimated to cost $600.

Fred Basso received a permit on Feb. 17 to construct a single family dwelling at 115 America Way, work estimated to cost $146,500.

Mary Maroney received a permit on Feb. 17 to install a 12by 14-foot shed at 20 Windsor St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Roland Barrett received a permit on Feb. 21 to remove and replace three windows and two doors and install new shingles on a garage at 16 Ledge Rd., work estimated to cost $16,000.

Electrical permits

Sunrise Group LLC received a permit on Feb. 14 to install wiring for main house connections at 292 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $15,000.

Curt Richardson received a permit on Feb. 14 to install electrical service and phone wiring for a new home at 466 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $75,000.

Laura Rose received a permit on Feb. 16 to install temporary service at 15 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $400.

Tim Philips received a permit on Feb. 17 to wire a house to code at 908 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Diane Caswell received a permit on Feb. 17 to wire a remodeled laundry and entry at 3 West Passage Drive, work estimated to cost $750.

Joe Branch received a permit on Feb. 21 to install a generator at 8 Clarke’s village Rd., work estimated to cost $175.

John Russo received a permit on Feb. 21 to install outlets, lights, appliances, sub-panel and hood at 168 Seaside Dr., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Mechanical permits

Curt Richardson received a permit on Feb. 14 to furnish and install a replacement heating and cooling system at 466 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $50,000.

Plumbing permits

Charles Richardson received a permit on Feb. 14 to rough and finish plumbing for house at 466 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Shamus Flaherty received a permit on Feb. 14 to rough plumbing for one bath, kitchen and work room at 160 Beach Ave., work estimated to cost $1,400.

Daniel Potash received a permit on Feb. 16 to install a new first floor bathroom at 59 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Longview Enterprises received a permit on Feb. 16 to install plumbing for a new house at 140 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $25,000.

John Russo received a permit on Feb. 21 to install second floor plumbing at 168 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $1,000.
