Building permits

Mark and Debbie Swistak received a permit Feb. 21 to make exterior modifications to porches and windows at 10 Lincoln St., work estimated to cost $65,000.

Chris Cournoyer received a permit Feb. 21 to replace the cellar stairs and bulkhead at 1 Columbia Ave., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Christopher Irby received a permit Feb. 23 to replace the roof and doors on the garage at 7 Calvert Place, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Bernard Wharton received a permit Feb. 23 to erect a storage shed on property at 255 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $25,000.

Fernwood Builders received a permit Feb. 24 to make modifications to a house at 10 Spindrift St., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Peter Parillo received a permit Feb. 24 to repair a shed at 5 Mizzen Ave., work estimated to cost $300.

Raymond Smith received a permit Feb. 27 to replace a deck at 58 Pennsylvania Ave., work estimated to cost $20,000.

Aram Der Manouelian received a permit Feb. 28 to remodel a bathroom and reside the house at 556 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $28,000.

Electrical permits

Allen Eagles received a permit Feb. 21 to wire the house and service at 533 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $6,500.

Dan Potash received a permit Feb. 21 to change fuses to circuit breakers in a house at 59 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $450.

Washington Street Partners received a permit Feb. 21 to wire the house and service at 73-75 High St., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Michael Benes received a permit Feb. 21 to install an alarm system in a house at 16 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $5,300.

Chris Smeraldi received a permit Feb. 22 to wire the second and third floors and a kitchen at 12 Union St., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Ross Williams received a permit Feb. 23 to upgrade the service at 135 Longfellow Rd., work estimated to cost $1,200.

Jamestown Highway Department received a permit Feb. 23 to wire a garage door opener at 1 Ft. Wetherill Rd., work estimated to cost $400.

Fred and Linda Brown received a permit Feb. 23 to wire a bedroom and bath at 7 Antham St., work estimated to cost $2,000.

David Dolce received a permit Feb. 23 to upgrade the service to 200 amps and wire the pumps for the septic system at 83 Mast St., work estimated to cost $1,650.
