The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Garrett Roberts received a permit March 1 to hang a sign on the building at 45 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $1,400.

Brian and Nanette Bryer received a permit March 3 to build a new 2,880square-foot, single-family house at 20 Prospect Ave., work estimated to cost $400,000.

The Conanicut Yacht Club received a permit March 6 to strip and reroof the building at 40 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $4,200.

Edwina Cloherty received a permit March 6 to install a shower stall and upgrade venting and lighting in a bathroom at 14 Pierce Ave., work estimated to cost $5,200.

Electrical permits

Julie Lutyens received a permit Feb. 28 to install lights and fans in a house at 40 Reservoir Circle, work estimated to cost $1,495.

Dan MacDonald received a permit March 2 to rewire the outlets at 26 Wright Lane, work estimated to cost $1,200.

Ray Smith received a permit March 2 to wire a new porch at 58 Pennsylvania Ave., work estimated to cost $400.

Mechanical permits

Anthony Rafanelli received a permit March 1 to install central air conditioning in a house at 156 Intrepid Lane, work estimated to cost $16,000.

Sunrise Group LLC received a permit March 3 to install radiant heat in the house at 292 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Robert Bailey received a permit March 6 to install two zones of air conditioning in a house at 12 Bay St., work estimated to cost $15,800.

Plumbing permits

Felix Porcaro received a permit Feb. 28 to install a sewage ejector and a utility sink in the basement at 2 Coulter St., work estimated to cost $600.

Sunrise Group LLC received a permit March 3 to plumb the house at 292 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $9,000.
