Burglary reported
A man from Narragansett
Avenue reported March 11 that his apartment was entered and items were stolen.
Missing was a speaker box with two sub-woofers, worth $525, and an amplifier, valued at $1,000, police said.
There was no sign of forced entry and and the theft is under investigation, police said.
ID theft reported
A woman from Battery Lane
told police March 14 that someone had accessed her personal information and fraudulently used her credit card.

+ Peter Mahoney, 19, of
Coventry pleaded no contest Feb. 22 to a charge of marijuana possession. The case was filed for one year, and Mahoney was ordered to make a $200 contribution to the victims' compensation fund, police said.
+ Kenneth Castellucci, 63, of Saunderstown had a drunk driving charge dismissed March 3 under court rule 48A.
+ Antonio Ferreira, 43, of Newport filed a motion March 3 to have his drunk driving trial transferred to Superior Court. The motion was granted, police said.
+ Vincent Neri, 19, of 2 Umiak Ave. had a charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed March 3 after the license was reinstated.
+ Jonathan Pickett, 24, of Middletown pleaded no contest March 3 to a charge of drunk driving. He was fined $100, lost his license for six months, and ordered to take a drunk-driving course and perform 10 hours of community service, police said.
+ Pedro Perez, 30, of Providence pleaded no contest March 6 to driving with a suspended license. He was fined $250 and court costs, police said.
