The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Hans Paal Burnaes received a permit March 8 to build a new four-bedroom house at 25 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $800,000.

Tracy Shea received a permit March 8 to build a 13by 24-foot deck on property a t 17 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Electrical permits Martin Hellewell received a permit March 13 to install a security system in a house at 27 Grinnell St., work estimated to cost $1,400.

Chris Caccia received a permit March 13 to wire a house with underground service at 8 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $7,900.

Mechanical permits

Tom Alexander received a permit March 6 to install central air conditioning in a building at 25 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $16,998.

Susan Kurz received a permit March 7 to install a chimney liner and wood stove insert in a house at 56 Wright Lane, work estimated to cost $800.

Carl Sabourin received a permit March 8 to install two zones of air conditioning in a house at 16 Pleasant View Drive, work estimated to cost $10,000.

Julia and Kurt Richardson received a permit March 9 to install a wood burning fireplace and vents at 466 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Alan Eagles received a permit March 9 to install a new boiler at 533 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $7,500.

Plumbing permits

Carl Sabourin received a permit March 8 to plumb for a bath and laundry room at 16 Pleasant View Drive, work estimated t o cost $2,800.

Alan Eagles received a permit March 9 to install plumbing for a kitchen, bath and a washing machine at 533 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,800.
