Former CIA Director R. James Woolsey will deliver the keynote address at Save The Bay's 36th annual meeting and brunch. The event will take place at 11:30 a.m., Sunday, April 2, at Oceancliff in Newport. Other speakers will include Governor Donald Carcieri and Fall River Mayor Edward Lambert. Tickets cost $45 each.

Only members of Save The Bay may attend.
