Building permits
Ed McGuirl and Laura Clarke received a permit March 15 to replace windows, wallboard, and the bulkhead door at 15 West St., work estimated to cost $2,400.
Dan and Tooni MacDonald received a permit March 16 to build a third-floor addition on a house at 26 Wright Lane, work estimated to cost $190,000.
John Flinton received a permit March 20 to strip and reshingle the roof at 843 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $2,200.
Charlotte Kreutz received a permit March 20 to re-roof the house at 19 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $12,000.
Electrical permits
JoAnn Fandetti received a permit March 15 to wire an addition and install outdoor lighting at 168 Beach Ave., work estimated to cost $1,500.
Tim Philips received a permit March 20 to install a security system at 908 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $1,100.
Steve and Martha Wirth received a permit March 20 to wire a new addition to code and upgrade the service at 12 Columbia Ave., work estimated to cost $4,000.
Hans Bunaes received a permit March 20 to install a temporary service at 25 Hull Cove St., work estimated to cost $250.
Mechanical permits
