The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

James and Lizbeth Tobin received a permit March 21 to install a 10by 12-foot shed on property at 11 Neptune St., work estimated to cost $3,500.

William and Kathleen Smith received a permit March 21 to install new gutters and vinyl side the entire house at 60 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $13,500.

Ken Boyle received a permit March 21 to remove the vinyl siding and replace it with cedar shingles, build a new deck and entry steps at 7 Valley St., work estimated to cost $18,000.

Matthew Tutino received a permit March 23 to add a 5-foot extension to the gable nearest the chimney at 20 Columbia Ave., work estimated to cost $5,600.

Raymond Crowley received a permit March 23 to build a twocar detached garage at 88 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $18,000.

Howard Morrison received a permit March 24 to build a carport at 706 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.

R. Crowley and Tom Vietri received a permit March 24 to strip and reshingle the roof and make general repairs at 88 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $2,400.

Joanne Dunn received a permit March 24 to install replacement windows, a skylight, and refinish the basement at 17 Sampan Ave., work estimated to cost $22,000.

Jillian Barber received a permit March 24 to repair an existing barn at 228 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $500.

Electrical permits
