Building permits

Vincent Vessella received a permit April 19 to rebuild the front entry at 10 Beach Ave., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Maynard Clarke Properties received a permit April 20 to make modifications to an office at 4 Ferry Wharf, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Alan Katz received a permit April 21 to install an 18by 36foot inground pool at 52 Westwind Drive, work estimated to cost $25,000.

Dan Potash received a permit April 21 to strip and reroof the house at 59 Clark St., work estimated to cost $6,000.
