Building permits

Cliff Largess received a permit April 25 to reside the house with red cedar at 55 Grinnell St., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Richard Calabro received a permit April 25 to make a 16by 22-foot addition to a garage at 19 Seafarer Court, work estimated to cost $15,250.

Tim and Laura Yentsch received a permit April 25 to build a sunroom and deck on a house at 401 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $29,300.

Alfred Toselli received a permit April 27 to strip and reroof the house at 1052 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $19,500.

Tim Conway received a permit April 27 to replace windows and doors on a house at 605 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $250,000.

Jeffrey Spotts received a permit April 27 to turn a garage into a family room at 80 Westwind Drive, work estimated to cost $14,300.

William Smith received a permit May 1 to build a deck and reroof the west side of the house at 40 Pennsylvania Ave., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Kenneth Prior received a permit May 1 to build an addition to a shed at 35 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $800.

Dan MacDonald received a permit April 27 to revamp the service at 26 Wright Lane, work estimated to cost $950.

Earl Culp received a permit April 27 to wire a patio room at 50 Keel Ave., estimated to cost $700.

Jeffrey Spotts received a permit May 1 to wire the garage and family room at 80 Westwind Drive, work estimated to cost $6,500.

Robert Savastano received a permit May 1 to wire a new house at 90 Cole St., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Mechanical permits

W.S. Nicholson received a permit April 27 to install air conditioning in a house at 53 Coronado St., work estimated to cost $20,000.
