Valerie Molloy received a permit May 5 to replace three exterior doors and screen a porch at 70 Columbia Ave., work estimated to cost $5,400.

William Eibel received a permit May 5 to strip and reroof a house at 94 Summit Ave., work estimated to cost $8,000.

A.M.S. Development Corporation received a permit May 5 to construct a two-bedroom dwelling on Spindrift St., work estimated to cost $146,000.

William and Valarie Buttis received a permit May 5 to apply cedar shingles to exterior of a house at 60 Helm St., work estimated to cost $1,200.

Carl and Kathy Graham received a permit May 8 to strip and replace a roof at 89 High St., work estimated to cost $4,700.

Bill Westall received a permit on May 8 to strip and re-shingle a house at 84 Pemberton Ave., work estimated to cost $1,000.
