An application for modification has been submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Officer, pursuant to Article 6, Section 609 of the Jamestown Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Enforcement Officer has decided that the request is consistent with the requirements of 609. You have the right to file a written objection to this determination and, if timely filed, the request for modification shall be denied. If no written objections are received within thirty (30) days of May 25, 2006, the modification shall be granted.
Application of Dean J.Wagner, whose property is located at 94 Lawn Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 8, Lot 762 for a variance from Article 3, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to construct an addition which will be 7.5' from southerly lot line instead of required 10'. Said property is located in a R20 zone and contains 18,000 sq. ft.
