NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON JUNE 27, 2006, AT THE JAMESTOWN LIBRARY, 26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:
Application of Philip & Beth Steggall, whose property is located at 41-43 Plymouth Rd, and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 8, Lot 558 for a variance from Article 3, Section 311 (Maximum Size of Accessory Structures) to allow construction of an accessory structure (temporary Boat Shed) which exceeds the size allowed under the ordinance. Said property is located in a R8 zone and contains 10,084 sq. ft.
