William Mayward received a permit May 25 to replace roofing on the house and garage, and put new doors on the garage at 358 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $28,000.

James A. Thompson received a permit May 25 to install a new front door and make improvements to the interior of the house at 831 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $60,000.

Jack Earley received a permit June 5 to make modifications to the house at 1116 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $14,000.

John Quattromani received a permit June 5 to strip and reroof the house at 29 Park St., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Robin Watters received a permit June 5 to remodel the bathroom at 47 Intrepid Lane, work estimated to cost $2,500.

Larry Smith received a permit June 5 to replace a bearing wall in a house at 464 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Mary Webster received a permit June 5 to demolish the kitchen ell and build two new additions to the house at 22 Mt. Hope Ave., work estimated to cost $176,000.

Jean Page received a permit June 5 to replace an old foundation at 13 Swinburne St., work estimated to cost $20,000.

Dean and Michelle Wagner received a permit June 5 to demolish the garage and deck and make modifications to the house at 94 Lawn Ave., work estimated to cost $45,000.

Mark Matoes received a permit June 5 to add a 12by 20-foot sun deck to a house at 20 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $5,600.

David Emond received a permit June 5 to replace asphalt roof shingles on a house at 116 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $17,000.

David Sandstadt received a permit June 5 to build a secondfloor addition on a house at 73 Frigate St., work estimated to cost $92,000.

Electrical permits

Susan Matthews received a permit May 26 to install a security system at 175 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $700.

Tom Sitsch received a permit June 5 to wire the house at 79 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $1,200.

Mark Vanote received a permit June 5 to wire a remodeled basement at 219 Sloop St., work estimated to cost $1,800.
