Summer reading begins June 20 at the library
This year's Summer Reading Program at the Jamestown library is called ""Paws, Claws, Scales, and Tales," and great prizes will be awarded to children who read for at least 20 minutes each day this summer.

Open to kids ages 4 to 10, younger children can participate by being read to.
Incentives include free or discounted passes each week to many different attractions and museums like the Butterfly Zoo, Casey Farm, Green Animals Topiary Garden, the Museum of Natural History and Planetarium, the Museum of Work and Culture, Providence Children's Museum, Quonset Air Museum, Roger Williams Park Zoo, the Save The Bay Exploration Center, South County Museum, and Watson Farm.
Readers can visit the library each week to check in and collect their passes. Additionally, everyone will be entered into a weekly raffle for books and posters.
