The following construction permits were recently filed in Town Hall:

Building permits

James S. Maguire received a permit June 7 to replace cedar shingles on the house at 26 Cutter St., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Maria and Steven Liebhauser received a permit June 7 to reroof a portion of the roof at 16 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $1,800.

Paul Palombo and Rose Hinckley received a permit June 7 to install vinyl shingles over the wood siding at 68 Clinton Ave, work estimated to cost $9,500.

Donald Rose received a permit June 7 to replace the front steps and add a roof at 66 Sloop St., work estimated to cost $3,500.

Gary and Kate Lemery received a permit June 8 to replace a center beam at 45 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $4,000.

Tricia MacDougall and Elliot Parker received a permit June 8 to install six new windows and a skylight in a house at 11 Skysail Court, work estimated to cost $5,000.

AMS Development received a permit June 9 to build a new 1,356square-foot house on property at 59 Ferry St., work estimated to cost $146,000.

Demolition permits

Executive Lodging LLC received a permit June 7 to demolish the building at 42 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $14,650.

Electrical permits

Larry Smith received a permit June 7 to install lights and switches in remodeled rooms at 464 Beacon Ave., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Antonia Mendes received a permit June 7 to wire a kitchen at 937 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Joe Milasevich received a permit June 7 to install outlets, fixtures, and a ceiling fan in a converted garage/workshop at 256 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Andrea Colognese received a permit June 7 to wire a new house at 85 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $12,000.

Sharon McNeil received a permit June 12 to upgrade the service to 200 amps at 947 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.
