Building permits

George Sisson received a permit June 20 to remove and replace roofing shingles at 5 Riptide St., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Eleanor Gravdahl received a permit June 20 to erect a tent on property at 28 Newport St. for an event on June 24. No cost estimate was given.

James Maguire received a permit June 20 to reshingle a portion of the house at 26 Cutter St., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Ronald Long received a permit June 20 to install air conditioning in the kitchen at 850 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,600.

John DiFilippo received a permit June 21 to install a new porch on the front of the house at 36 Keel Ave., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Eleanor Burgess received a permit June 21 to strip and reroof the house a t 29 Longfellow Rd., work estimated to cost $29,247.

Dick and Dianne D'Alessandro received a permit June 21 to remodel a bathroom at 82 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Diane Hurley received a permit June 21 to build a shed at 827 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,500.

Lynsey Donahue received a permit June 21 to build a twostory addition with a total area of 296 square feet, work estimated to cost $10,000.

John Barber received a permit June 22 to strip and reroof the house at 64 Umiak Ave., work estimated to cost $7,200.

Mary Kay and Greg Klochkoff received a permit June 22 to install an in-ground swimming pool at 95 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $31,000.

Travis and Kristen Hartley received a permit June 23 to install an in-ground pool at 1 Ship St., work estimated to cost $15,800.

Paul and Elizabeth Amiot received a permit June 23 to reroof the front porch and replace gutters and windows at 54 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Fairfield Resorts received a permit June 26 to replace siding and trim at 150 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $20,000.
