     Newport District Court dispositions + Kathleen Champagne, 18, of 5 Pleasant View Drive pleaded no contest July 14 to a charge of possession of alcoholic beverages by an underage person. She was fined $150, ordered to perform 10 hours of community service and pay court costs, police said.
