The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Connie Slick received a permit Aug. 16 to make modifications to the first-floor apartment at 49 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $12,000.

Richard Smith received a permit Aug. 16 to replace windows and siding in a house at 1258 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Duncan Pendlebury received a permit Aug. 21 to install a tent at 302 East Shore Rd. No cost estimate of work was given.

Joanne B. Neale received a permit Aug. 21 to erect a tent on Aug. 26 at 71 Weeden Lane. No cost estimate was given.

Altamari Ltd. received a permit Aug. 21 to erect a tent Aug. 25 on property at 90 Racquet Rd. No cost estimate was given.

Jacqueline D'Auria received a permit Aug. 21 to repair and replace fascia and gutters at 19 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Robert Tormey received a permit Aug. 22 to install new doors and windows in a house at 22 Buoy St., work estimated to cost $4,500.

Hans Musselman received a permit Aug. 21 to build a 12by 16-foot storage shed on property at 885 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Jim Bouthillier received a permit Aug. 22 to replace roof shingles and gutters at 691 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Ed Long received a permit Aug. 16 to wire a new bathroom at 6 Grey Gull Lane, work estimated to cost $1,200.

Mechanical permits

Ileesh Patel received a permit Aug. 16 to replace a three-ton air conditioning condenser at 30 Southwest Ave., work estimated to cost $2,300.

Prescott E. Froberg received a permit Aug. 16 to replace an oilfired boiler in a house at 5 Ship St., work estimated to cost $4,000.

Peter Corsi received a permit Aug. 16 to install central air conditioning in a house at 43 Summit Ave., work estimated to cost $19,000.

AMS Development received a permit Aug. 16 to install a zeroclearance fireplace in a house at 59 Ferry St., work estimated to cost $1,050.

AMS Development received a permit Aug. 16 to install two zones of heat at 59 Ferry St., work estimated to cost $8,800.

Ken Vario received a permit Aug. 21 to install duct work for a Hydro-aire system to be installed in basement and attic spaces, work estimated to cost $11,500.
