a permit Aug. 23 to install a new kitchen at 40 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $1.1 million.

Alton Head IV received a permit Aug. 24 to build an addition to the garage at 81 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $500.

Jonathan Nelson received a permit Aug. 28 to erect a tent on property at 368 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,300.

Fuzz Crompton received a permit Aug. 28 to build a master bedroom addition and two decks on the house at 8 Pardon Tucker Place, work estimated to cost $149,500.

Phyllis Bedard received a permit Aug. 29 to support floor joists with Microlam beams and lolly columns, work estimated to cost $3,000.

John Collins received a permit Aug. 29 to replace a window in a house at 19 Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $3,500.

Joseph Plakyil received a permit Aug. 30 to reframe the garage roof and convert garage into a single family house at 1227 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $65,000.

Euan and Barbi Hutchinson received a permit Aug. 29 to erect a garden shed on property at 1121 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $7,000.

Andrew Potter received a permit Aug. 31 to erect a new twostory house and garage at 3 Laurel Lane, work estimated to cost $109,000.

Charles Frankenbach received a permit Aug. 31 to replace the roof and add ridge vents at 47 Clinton Ave., work estimated to cost $6,300.

Cheryl Serpa received a permit Aug. 31 to repair the chimney at 52 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $1,650.

James O'Donovan received a permit Aug. 31 to rebuild the sunroom at 94 America Way, work estimated to cost $22,200.
