The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Thomas Conlon received a permit Sept. 5 to strip and reroof the house at 45 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Peter and Nancy French received a permit Sept. 7 to remodel a family room and kitchen at 95 America Way, work estimated to cost $37,000.

Raymond Iannetta received a permit Sept. 7 to strip and reroof the house at 1219 North Main Rd., work estimated to cost $17,524.

Larry McDonald received a permit Sept. 7 to add vinyl siding to the house at 90 Reservoir Circle, work estimated to cost $10,000.

Roger C. Vaughn received a permit Sept. 7 to strip and reroof the house at 98 Bay view Drive, work estimated to cost $6,000.

Scott and Julia Green received a permit Sept. 7 to replace the deck at 7 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $57,000.

John and Mary Jane Murphy received a permit Sept. 7 to install an outdoor shower at 65 Hamilton Ave., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Dana and Beth Brome received a permit Sept. 11 to remove and replace the siding, doors and windows at 1 Clarke Village Lane, work estimated to cost $5,000.

John Wemple received a permit Sept. 11 to remodel a bathroom at 21 Arnold Ave., work estimated to cost $6,500.

Christopher Crawford received a permit Sept. 11 to replace a sliding door, a deck and patio at 81 America Way, work estimated to cost $14,000.

Electrical permits

Janice Matthews received a permit Sept. 7 to wire the new house at 5 Decatur Ave., work estimated to cost $15,000.

Mr. Raymond received a permit Sept. 7 to install lights and switches in the kitchen at 115 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $700.

Eva Szaniawaki received a permit Sept. 7 to revamp the service at 121 Garboard Ave., work estimated to cost $1,200.

The town of Jamestown received a permit Sept. 7 to install new lights and fixtures at the golf course building at 245 Conanicus Ave. No estimated cost was given.

Mechanical permits

John Prenetta received a permit Sept. 7 to replace an oil-fired boiler and water heater at 649 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $7,000.

Thomas Tinker received a permit Sept. 7 to install two wallmounted air-conditioning units, work estimated to cost $13,000.

Connie Slick received a permit Sept. 11 to install a propane tank and gas line to the generator at 49 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $600.

Plumbing permits Larry Richardson received a

permit Sept. 7 to install plumbing for one bathroom at 28 Hawthorne Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.

John Eckert received a permit Sept. 7 to rough and finish a bath and kitchen addition at 17 Howland Ave., work estimated to cost $4,000.
