The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Karen Siegmund received a permit Sept. 13 to replace three windows and the front door in the house at 28 Norman Rd., work estimated to cost $6,500.

William P. Allen received a permit Sept. 13 to replace windows and doors in a house at 10 Sampan Ave., work estimated to cost $8,828.

Paul Andrews received a permit Sept. 13 to demolish an addition and add a new, two-story addition to a house at 5 Alden Rd., work estimated to cost $125,000.

Shew Aynalem received a permit Sept. 13 to build a new house on the site of a recently demolished house at 7 Clarke's Village Rd., work estimated to cost $270,000.

Richard Pastore received a permit Sept. 13 to build a chalet-style house on property at 41 Stern St., work estimated to cost $270,000.

Jack Volpe received a permit Sept. 13 to build an 8by 24foot addition to a house at 76 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $20,000.

Rosemary Enright received a permit Sept. 13 to reroof the house at 44 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Electrical permits

C. Kim Goodwin received a permit Sept. 13 to wire for a master bedroom addition at 631 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Thomas Tinker received a permit Sept. 13 to wire a new central air-conditioning unit at 612 Seafarer Court, work estimated to cost $1,200.

Plumbing permits

Peter and Nancy French received a permit Sept. 11 to relocate the washing machine and kitchen sink at 95 America Way, work estimated to cost $1,000.
