The following construction permits recently filed in Town Hall:

Building permits

Lois and Bill Cone were issued a permit on Sept. 20 to construct a foundation and garage area at 394 Fellucca Ave., work estimated to cost $189,500.

Candice Noll was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to install a new roof, 5 dormers, and replace all windows at 256 East Shore Rd., work destimated to cost $200,000.

John Shaw was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to rebuild an existing rear stair and entryway at 167 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Mrs. Thayer Roberts was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to strip and re-shingle her house, breezeway

and garage, and rebuild the north chimney at 196 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $50,000.

Alan and Margaret Burse were issued a permit on Sept. 20 to construct a deck at 13 Sampan Ave. work estimated to cost $2,000.

Julie Munafo was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to strip complete roof and repair deck roof if needed at 18 Calvert St., work estimated to cost $4,800.

Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Tighe were issued a permit on Sept. 21 to install 5 replacement windows at 4 West St., work estimated to cost $4,055.

Ann McGuire was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to shingle a roof at 7 Bay Berry Rd., work estimated to cost $5,000.

Electrical permits

Jason Iacovelli was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to supply and install power to a sub panel and wiring and grounding to a new pool at 35 Top Mast Court, work estimated to cost $500.

Mechanical permits

John Heelan was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to replace an oil-fired hot water boiler at 13 Grinnell St. work estimated to cost $5,000.

Doreen Dell was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to remove and re-install a new boiler at 11 Pierce Ave., work estimated to cost $3,350.

L. L. Rose was issued a permit on Sept. 20 to install heating and air conditioning at 15 Hull Cove Rd., work estimated to cost $42,500.

Gary C. Parker was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to replace an oil-fired boiler at 46 Green Lane, work estimated to cost $6,000.

Elliott Brown was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to install a baseboard radiator in new addition and replace a 275 gallon oil tank with a 330 gallon tank at 92 High St., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Dean Wagner was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to install an oilfired boiler, hot water heater, and 275 gal. oil tank, and run heating lines to the garage and new addition at 94 Lawn Ave. Job estimated to cost $15,000.

Plumbing permits

Dean Wagner was issued a permit on Sept. 21 to add two new bathrooms to an addition at 94 Lawn Ave., work estimated to cost $6,000.
