Town Hall Records

The following construction permits were filed recently in town Hall:

Building permits

Julio J. DiGiando was issued a permit Sept. 26 to replace glass in sliding door and reside south side of a house at 63 Clarke St, work estimated to cost $1,500.

Richard Koster was issued a permit Sept. 28 to remodel a bathroom at his home at 449 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $4,000.

Lynn A. Pietranyozzi and Robert A. Miller were issued a permit Sept. 29 to install vinyl siding and replace a door, work estimated to cost $2,000.

Bayview Condo Association was issued a permit Sept. 29 to add a roof to existing upper porches adjacent to turret at 53 Conanicus Ave, work estimated to cost $9,250.

Alan Cischitalli was issued a permit Sept. 29 to install a 20- by

40-foot in-ground gunite swimming pool and an 8- by 8-foot spa at 46 Seaview Ave., work estimated to cost $35,000.

Frederick and Linda K. Allen were issued a permit Sept. 29 to make interior renovations, rearrange living spaces, remove hazardous eccentricities and install HVAC to control allergens as well as bring plumbing and electrical systems up to code at 7 Gray Gull Lane, work estimated to cost $75,000.

Electrical permits

Elliott Brown was issued a permit Sept. 26 to wire an addition at his house at 92 High St., work estimated to cost $2,500.

Peter French was issued a permit Sept. 26 to remove existing wall lights and add recessed lighting at 95 America Way., work estimated to cost $500.

Walter Cooper was issued a permit Sept. 26 to install a generator at 2 Boom St., work estimated to cost $700.

Randall and Rena Tyson were issued a permit Sept. 28 to relocate a service entrance from overhead to underground at 229 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $3,900.

Mechanical permits

Leno Corredora was issued a permit Sept. 28 to install oil baseboard heat at 86 Stern St., work estimated to cost $6,000.

Plumbing permits

Roy Stafford was issued a permit Sept. 21 to install a water hookup and sink in his basement at 84 Clinton St,. work estimated to cost $900.

Leno Corredora was issued a permit Sept. 28 to plumb two new bathrooms and a kitchen, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Elliot and Denise Brown were issued a permit Sept. 29 to plumb a new bathroom and laundry room at their home at 92 High St., work estimated to cost $1,000.
