The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

ACS Builders received a permit Oct. 2 to rough and finish plumb the new house at 33 Whittier Rd., work estimated to cost $8,000.

David Brayman received a permit Oct. 3 to remove a screened in porch and add a 640-square foot addition at 20 Whittier Rd., work estimated to cost $100,000.

Aram DerManoeulian received

a permit Oct. 3 to reroof the house and add two doors and a balcony at 556 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $50,000.

Ted Smayda received a permit Oct. 4 to reroof the house at 25 Juniper Circle, work estimated to cost $7,000.

Thomas and Joanne Wiggins received a permit Oct. 5 to reroof the house at 521 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Rick Hodges and Jen Bento received a permit Oct. 5 to install two windows and reroof a portion of the house at 10 Sail St., work estimated to cost $10,000.

Michael Egan received a permit Oct. 5 to build a 12- by 16-foot shed on property at 9 Champlin Way, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Tim and Alyce Dwyer received a permit Oct. 10 to build an addition at the rear of the house at 21 Buloid Ave., work estimated to cost $177,000.

Garrett Roberts received a permit Oct. 10 to replace a shed roof at 45 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $2,000.

Marjorie and Christopher Cottle received a permit Oct. 10 to build and attached three-car garage at 74 Bayview Drive, work estimated to cost $119,000.

Sandra Winslow received a permit Oct. 10 to build a garden shed on property at 28 Mast St., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Electrical permits

John Yashar received a permit Oct. 2 to repair the service at 76 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $3,000.

Albert Conn received a permit Oct. 5 to revamp the service at 83 Pemberton Ave., work estimated to cost $1,800.

William and Lynn Berman received a permit Oct. 5 to install fans and motorized screens in an enclosed porch at 136 Southwest Ave., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Longview Enterprises received a permit Oct. 5 to repair a damaged meter base, work estimated to cost $1,000.

Tarek Wehbe received a permit Oct. 10 to install an emergency generator at 566 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $12,000.
