    TOWN OF JAMESTOWN   ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE   JAMESTOWN   ZONING   BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING   ON   OCTOBER   24,   2006, AT   THE   JAMESTOWN   LIBRARY,   26 NORTH ROAD, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND   AT   7:00   P.M.   UPON   THE FOLLOWING:   Application of Elaine Enterprises Inc., whose property is located at Prospect Ave. & North Main Rd., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 1, Lots 52 & 53 for a Variance and Special Use   Permit   from   Article   3,   Section 82-314, High Ground Water Table and Impervious Layer Overlay District, and Article 3, Table 3-2 RR8 zoning district to construct a 26 ft. x 36 ft. 2 bedroom single family residence on a nonconforming           lot in a   High Ground Water Table and Impervious Layer Overlay District with less than the required lot size and yard set backs.
