The Jamestown Shambhala Meditation Group meets each Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the old factory building on Shady Lea Road in North Kingstown, suite 206.

Meditation instruction is available on request and given on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:15 p.m.
