The following construction permits were filed recently in Town Hall:

Building permits

Anthony Mastro received a permit Oct. 24 to reroof the house at 20 Cutter St., work estimated to cost $7,200.

James Haas received a permit Oct. 24 to build a new 3,832- square-foot house on property at 115 Highland Drive, work estimated to cost $785,000.

Mackerel Cove LLC received a permit Oct. 24 to rebuild the decks, install windows and doors, and retrim the exterior at 139 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $55,000.

Melinda Balsamo received a permit Oct. 24 to replace the deck and install vinyl siding on the house at 58 Hull St., work estimated to cost $12,000.

Thomas Ruggeiri received a permit Oct. 27 to install an inground pool at 199 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $25,000.

David and Greer Beecroft received a permit Oct. 27 to finish the garage and install new windows and doors at 49 Whittier Rd., work estimated to cost $41,800.

Marcel and Liz Lonnerman received a permit Oct. 27 to strip and reroof the house at 30 Dumpling Drive, work estimated to cost $12,000.

Wayne Ricci received a permit Oct. 27 to strip and reshingle the house at 27 Yawl Ave., work estimated to cost $50,000.

Electrical permits Candice Knoll received a permit Oct. 24 to install underground service at 42 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $1,200.

Frank Fornaci received a permit Oct. 24 to wire a new addition at 137 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $9,500.

Kevin Lloyd received a permit Oct. 27 to revamp the service at 67 Mt. Hope Ave., work estimated to cost $1,800.

Lawrence Allen received a permit Oct. 27 to install wiring for the septic system at 418 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $600.

Stephen Lane received a permit Oct. 27 to install new underground service at 183 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $2,500.

James Saucier received a permit Oct. 27 to install wiring for a new septic system at 46 Clarke's Village Rd., work estimated to cost $800.

David Maurice received a permit Oct. 27 to wire a new kitchen and bedroom at 130 Frigate St., work estimated to cost $1,500.

Andrew Potter received a permit Oct. 30 to wire a new house to code at 3 Laurel Lane, work estimated to cost $15,500.

Bill Sammons received a permit Oct. 30 to install plug and circuit breaker outside at 113 Melrose Ave., work estimated to cost $300.

The town of Jamestown received a permit Oct. 30 to wire for power, cable, telephone, fire alarms, and install a temporary service at 93 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $156,500.

Stephen Meredith received a permit Oct. 30 to upgrade the service to 200 amps and wire two air-conditioning units at 881 Ft. Getty Rd., work estimated to cost $2,800.

Mechanical permits

David Spencer received a permit Oct. 24 to replace a fuel tank at 20 Friendship St., work estimated to cost $1,000.

Joe Swiader received a permit Oct. 24 to install one zone of central air conditioning in the house at 601 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $25,000.

David Maurice received a permit Oct. 24 to install a new boiler and extend the heating system at 130 Frigate St., work estimated to cost $3,000.

Ray Safford received a permit Oct. 30 to install heat in the basement at 84 Clinton Ave., work estimated to cost $2,400.

Plumbing permits

Joe Swiader received a permit Oct. 24 to iinstall plumbing fixtures in the carriage house at 601 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $10,000.

James O'Donovan received a permit Oct. 30 to plumb for fixtures, vents, and baseboard heatinh at 94 America Way, work estimated to cost $4,500.
